For your consideration is a very nicely restored 1935 Chevrolet Master series fire truck, This truck was outfitted by American Fire Apparatus Company of Battle Creek Michigan. The truck is in fantastic restored condition and is show or parade ready. The truck is complete with ladder, ax, rear lights, siren (non working), passenger bell, front bell, front flashing lights and head lights. The rear of the truck has been converted to bench style seating that would be great for parades. The engine has been freshly tuned up and is in great working order. Motor starts very easily, it idles and runs well. A new battery, points, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires have been installed. An inline fuel filter has been added to help with debris from the fuel tank as the truck has sat for some time on display in a museum. Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears including reverse. The body and paint is very solid. There is minimal to no rust underneath.. The diamond plate running boards show some paint loss with some bare metal exposed. All vinyl seats are in good condition free of any tears or rips. Tires are in decent shape with some checking. The rear tires currently have flat spots on them from sitting for a long period of time. Overall this is a fantastic truck that needs a new home!!
