The known facts.  1934 all steel 5 window. Art morrison chassis. Wildwood brakes . All steel. No fiberglass to be found.  Fire burnt complete interior . Appears to have been gotten to before it burnt all the way out.  The medal in my opinion is totally saveale.  We may repair this car. We may part it out. We may sale it as is.
