1932 Ford 5W Coupe All Steel Chopped Hot Rod High Boy

This is most definitely one of the nicest, most usable, driver friendly and simply gorgeous 32 hot rods available today.

Before we go any further, I know the market is soft, that is why this car is not $100k. Low ballers please look elsewhere, I am not broke and will not sell this car for a fiberglass replica number. Now back to the car itself.

This gorgeous 32 is all steel, chopped about two inches with a filled and ribbed roof, filled cowl, molded windshield, remote trunk, smooth firewall with underdash masters, flip up gas door along with a rolled and louvered pan. Up front the car has a stretched three piece hood along with pinched frame rails.

This car also exhibits a large amount of chrome, stainless and polished aluminum with all the suspension bushings having just been replaced.

Inside this deuce has PB and PW along with beautiful upholstery including the trunk and a full set of gauges along with a tilt wheel and storage in the door panels. The seat is molded into the body which gives ample room for taller drivers as there is no package tray.

The cars contains a polished aluminum radiator with electric controllable fan, hidden antenna for the AM-FM-CD player, remote battery shut off and disc brakes.

Check out the excellent full rolled and louvered rear pan and just in front of it the rather innovative class 111 hidden trailer hitch which doubles as a mount for the rear bumper/push bar. Now for the part that makes this a real hot rod and not just your everyday street rod.

Powering this beast is a factory GM CT400 sealed crate engine(for those unfamiliar with the designation CT stands for circle track and 400 is the factory advertised HP) which some tests have shown to be much more. This engine is full roller and is required by some tracks including NASCAR where a sealed engine is necessary. The engine is factory stock, untouched including the 8 quart oil pan with the addition of a FAST fuel injection system with controller for tuning. Behind this awesome engine is a Tremec TKX 600 5-speed, an aluminum driveshaft leading to a Ford 9″ 3.50 geared rear with coil over, four bar, panhard rod suspension and 11″ drum brakes. A functional E/parking brake is fitted as is a full 2.5 inch exhaust with O2 sensors from the headers back to the large exhaust tips. This is simply as nice a 32 high boy as anyone could want and with the CT400/5-speed a blast to drive.

It is a little deuce coupe like the song says but it is not pushed out of shape and hard to steer although the rest fits. Clear NYS title/transferable registration in my name and absolutely no test pilots. License frame will be replaced for the new owner. Will look at interesting, saleable trades plus cash. As always, no test pilots.
