Porsche Indian Red 1930 Ford Roadster Roadster 327 V8 3 Speed Automatic

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to offer this 1930 Ford Roadster.

When it comes to hot rods the classic formula is a Ford with a Chevy small block. This 1930 rumble seat roadster interprets this formula very well.

Painted in an acrylic enamel Porsche Indian Red this Roadster catches the eye like nothing else!

The front fenders and aprons are original 1931 Ford steel and the grill and shell are original 1932. The hood features hand formed louvers, the dash is fabricated from aluminum and steel. The seats are upholstered in black tuck and roll and the rumble seat features Lebaron Bonney springs.

Whether you’ve got the black soft top up or folded down this car has a striking visual presence. What’s even more striking is the beast under the hood. A 1966 Chevy 327 built by Sonny Bryant. Dyno’d at 300 HP it features a competition cam, Edelbrock Victor Junior manifold and an Edelbrock 650 carb. The transmission is a Turbo 350 with floor shift and puts the power down via a 68 Jag rear end with 4.11 gears.

Just imagine how this roadster can get up and go!

The chassis is a customized and boxed model A frame with a 4 inch drop axle. There is so much more to this build and even has been featured in American Rodder Swimsuit Special Magazine and many show awards such as Frank Maratta Best of the Best award in Hartford CT.
