I am selling my 1926 Essex 2 door sedan, my Washington state title shows it as a 1927 – they make mistakes like this and most states will correct the year when you change the title. The car runs and drives really well. I took it to a handful of shows this summer.
It is powered by a 1950 75 horsepower 161 Willys 6 flathead. Which gives your rod bearings that are oiled under pressure. It also has overdrive ( shifter is between the seats ) which takes the final drive ratio from 4.46 to one to 3.5 to one. Makings high speed driving possible.
The paint is nice, but the fenders have areas that could use some attention, which shows up well in the pictures.
Car is located in Marysville WA $8500.
The 26 also has power assisted hydraulic brakes on all 4 corners.
